1. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to open an account, or have a parent/guardian/school representative create one on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable Use

To keep SteadyMind safe and productive, you agree not to:

  • Copy, resell, or distribute exercises without permission.
  • Reverse engineer or interfere with platform operations.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or invasive of privacy.
  • Use SteadyMind for purposes unrelated to attention training.

3. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, renewal terms, and cancellation policies are described at checkout. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods unless required by law. Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the end of the trial window.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

SteadyMind owns the exercises, curriculum, and platform content. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal or organizational focus training. You may not remove branding or claim ownership. Any feedback you share may be used to improve the product without obligation.

5. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data. By using SteadyMind, you consent to those practices. If you connect third-party integrations, you are responsible for reviewing their privacy terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive for uninterrupted access but may schedule maintenance or encounter unforeseen outages. We are not liable for delays or data loss caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet failures, or third-party service disruptions.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

SteadyMind provides focus and cognitive training tools, but results vary. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the fees paid during the twelve months before a claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using SteadyMind at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your license to use SteadyMind ends, but sections covering intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability limits will survive.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect feature changes or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of SteadyMind after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
